16 Days Kenya,Tanzania and Rwanda Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival -Kigali

Upon your arrival at the Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver/guide. Thereafter embark on the safari jeep and transfer you to your hotel in Kigali. Overnight at Flame Tree Village Hotel on BB

Day 02: Kigali – Volcanoes National park

After breakfast, embark on a fully day Kigali City excursion, the capital city of Rwanda, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial, The Natural History Museum & The Presidential Palace Museum. Lunch in Kigali restaurant and proceed to Volcanoes National Park the base home for mountain gorillas. Overnight at-Le Bambou Lodge LDBB

Day 03: Gorilla Tracking in Volcanoes National Park

Early morning breakfast then transfer for your gorilla tracking experience. After the trek return to your lodge for hot lunch. Afternoon relaxation. Dinner and overnight at-Le Bambou Lodge on LDBB

Day 04: Golden Monkey Tracking – Kigali - Nairobi

After Breakfast at the hotel, drive to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for briefing and start the quest for the golden monkeys, in the course you might spot some other primates and birds in the forest. After the tracking drive to the lodge for lunch and afterwards drive back to Kigali International Airport for your outbound evening flight to Nairobi. You will be meet at the Airport and transferred to hotel Eka Hotel on BB

Day 05: Nairobi –Maasai Mara

Breakfast at your hotel and proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve with a photo stop at the Rift Valley view point arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, depart for an afternoon game viewing drive in the reserve returning before sunset for dinner and overnight. Overnight: -Mara Leisure Tented Camp LDBB

Day 06: Maasai Mara

The days will be spent in Mara National Reserve with early morning and afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, and punctuated by marshes and forests. Certainly, the most frequented game reserve in Kenya, this 650 sq kilometer reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere. During the seasonal migrations, Masai Mara is home to up to a million wildebeest and an equally impressive number of zebras that move into the area from neighboring Serengeti National Park, in Tanzania. The reserve is home to all the “big five” and it is also possible to observe; baboon, eland, ostrich, bat-eared fox, jackal and cheetah. The rivers abound with hippos and crocodiles. All at meals at the lodge. Overnight: Mara Leisure Tented Camp LDBB

Day 07: Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru

After breakfast drive to Lake Nakuru arrive for Lunch and afternoon game drive until evening. Dinner and overnight at-Flamingo Hill Tented Camp: LDBB

Day 08: Lake Nakuru - Amboseli

Depart in the morning to Amboseli National park to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at-Oltukai Lodge – LDBB

Day 09: Amboseli

0630 hrs. - early morning game drive in the park and to the Mt. Kilimanjaro Viewing point. Return to the lodge or late breakfast. After lunch, you will have the afternoon at leisure until 1600 hrs. When you go for an afternoon game drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight at Oltukai Lodge – LDBB

Day 10: Amboseli - Namanga – Ngorongoro

Early morning breakfast after which check out with packed lunch and start game drives in Amboseli continue with game drives until early noon after which drive to Namanga border –exchange vehicles and proceed to Ngorongoro. Arrive for dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge LDB

Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater

Early morning descend to the Crater Rim for a full day game drives with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge Lodge LDB

Day 12: Ngorongoro - Serengeti

Breakfast with packed lunch and proceed to Serengeti –arrive for game drives and checking in at your lodge for dinner and overnight at Mbalageti Lodge LDB

Day 13: Serengeti

Full day safari in Serengeti-all meals and overnight at Mbalageti Lodge LDB

Day 14: Serengeti – Lake Manyara

After breakfast, drive to Lakek Manyara for safari game drives. Meals and overnight at –Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge

Day 15: Lake Manyara-Tarangire-Arusha

Breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park for game drives, lunch then drive to Arusha for overnight at Africa Tulip Hotel on BB

Day 16: Arusha – Depart

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your scheduled departure flight back home
