A superb 10-night itinerary which combines a safari in one of the best game parks in the world with the luxurious and world-famous Blue Train, and fabulous Cape Town, reputedly one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Days 01-03: Kruger National Park

Met on arrival at Kruger Mpumalanga airport and transfer to your lodge in a private conservancy within the Kruger National Park for 3 nights. Enjoy two game activities on each full day in the conservancy. The Kruger National Park is one of the most popular parks in Africa and one of the world's largest wildlife sanctuaries. It spans nearly five million acres and is home to the 'big 5', large herds of elephants and buffaloes, and endangered game such as the African wild dog.

Day 04: Pretoria

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg and road transfer to Pretoria (approximately 45 minutes). On arrival check in to your hotel.

Day 05 :The Blue Train

Early morning depart for your trip on board the magnificent Blue Train from Pretoria to Cape Town. Your stay on the Blue Train includes all meals, high tea, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and an excursion.

Days 06-10 :Cape Town

Arrive into Cape Town, transfer from the station to your hotel for the next 5 nights at leisure allowing plenty of time to explore the delights of Cape Town and the surrounding areas at your own pace. There is such a diversity of attractions and activities you will not be disappointed with your city experience. Offering fantastic views of the city, Table Mountain dominates the skyline. For natural surroundings there are gardens, beaches and vineyards all close by. Cape Town is steeped in history and many of the museums and monuments have much to tell. For a cosmopolitan and lively experience, visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and craft markets.

Day 11: Depart

Morning at leisure. Transfer to Cape Town airport for your onward travel arrangements.
